How much DDoS protection do high-defense servers provide?
We offer two protection tiers: 40G protection (¥3500/month) and 100G protection (¥5500/month). Protection uses real-time traffic scrubbing that activates automatically during attacks and recovers seamlessly afterward. For attacks exceeding 100G, contact support to temporarily dispatch additional protection resources.
Will protection accidentally block normal user access?
We use intelligent scrubbing algorithms to minimize false positives: behavior analysis to distinguish human/bot traffic, custom whitelists (IP/region/User-Agent), game protocol recognition, and precise API passthrough. False positive rate is below 0.1%. If normal users are blocked, contact support for quick policy adjustments.
