1. Overview

These Terms of Service are established to provide users with better, more stable service on a sustainable basis, and to serve as a basis for resolving disputes.

By purchasing our products, you are deemed to have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.

Users are entitled to all rights set out in these Terms of Service and must fulfill the corresponding obligations. Any dispute arising between a user and us during the use of our products or services shall be resolved in accordance with these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to refuse service to malicious or abusive users.

2. User Rights

  • After completing payment, users are entitled to normal, continuous, and stable use of the relevant products.
  • After completing payment, users are entitled to freely manage the relevant products within the scope permitted by these Terms.
  • We warrant that the services or products provided are consistent with the product description page in terms of features and technical specifications.

3. User Obligations

  • Users shall not engage in any activity that violates the laws of the People's Republic of China or the laws of the jurisdiction where the server is located while using our services or products.
  • Users shall keep their account information secure. Any loss arising from account disclosure shall be borne by the user.
  • Users shall back up important data regularly. We are not liable for any loss of user data.

4. Prohibited Uses

When using our products, users are prohibited from the following:

  • Content prohibited by the laws of the country or region where the server is located, or by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
  • Publishing obscene or pornographic material, adult content, bestiality, child sexual abuse material, sexually suggestive content, or violent and graphic content.
  • Setting up or hosting gambling, lottery, or any related content.
  • Setting up public proxy services, including but not limited to VPN, SSR, V2Ray, Trojan, or any other form of circumvention tool.
  • Providing copyright-infringing images, templates, music, videos, books, films, or novels.
  • Sending spam, or hosting any form of fraudulent or phishing content.
  • Providing content that induces or instructs others in criminal methods, including the promotion of suicidal sentiment.
  • Engaging in any hacking activity, including but not limited to: unauthorized scanning, stealing others' accounts, compromising others' systems, CC attacks, DDoS attacks, distributing trojans, cracking software, or spreading viruses.
  • Cryptocurrency mining, Torrent/BT downloading, or other high-resource-consumption activities (unless expressly permitted by the product).

5. Service Period

The service period runs from the date the user completes payment until the date the user's account becomes overdue, is not renewed, or is terminated.

6. Service Termination

  • If you violate these Terms of Service, we have the right to terminate the service immediately without refund.
  • If the service expires without renewal and there is no response to our contact attempts, the service shall be deemed automatically terminated.
  • We have the right to remove users who abuse resources, engage in high-risk behavior, or have poor credibility.
  • If a customer's registration information is untrue, incomplete, or inconsistent with reality, we have the right to terminate the service.
  • If we are unable to continue providing service due to changes in upstream supplier policies, we will provide advance notice and assist with migration or a refund.

7. Renewal Rules

  • Due to certain data center policies, some services must be renewed 1–7 days in advance; please refer to the product description for details. We recommend renewing at least 3 days early.
  • If you do not complete renewal before 24:00 on the service expiration date, we have the right to suspend the service and delete data without further notice.
  • Renewal reminders are sent by email. Please ensure your email address is valid and monitor relevant notifications.

8. Refund Policy

  • No refund will be provided for any product that has been used.
  • Account balance or excess amounts resulting from a downgrade may, upon request, be refunded to the original payment method.
  • A full refund to the original payment method will be issued if we are unable to provide the service for reasons attributable to us.
  • For test-product fees, a full refund will be issued if the agreed requirements are not met for reasons attributable to us; no refund will be provided for reasons not attributable to us.
  • All add-on service products (such as cPanel and DirectAdmin licenses) are non-refundable.
  • No refund will be provided where there are complaints, abuse, or violations of these Terms during the service period.

9. Disclaimer

We shall not be liable in any of the following situations:

  • Service interruption or data loss caused by the user's overdue payment, non-renewal, or forgotten renewal.
  • Service interruption or data loss caused by the user's improper operation or other related conduct.
  • Service interruption or data loss caused by the user's website content or usage behavior violating these Terms.
  • Service interruption or data loss caused by major social events such as war, armed conflict, strikes, riots, or civil unrest.
  • Service interruption or data loss caused by major natural disasters such as earthquakes, tsunamis, typhoons, floods, volcanic eruptions, or landslides.
  • Service interruption caused by failures of upstream suppliers, data centers, or network operators.
  • We have no obligation to provide any data backup service. Please ensure you back up your own data.

10. Breach of Contract

If a user violates the provisions of Article 4 of these Terms of Service, we will immediately delete all of the user's data and terminate the service, without providing any form of backup or compensation, and fees already paid will not be refunded.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service. Changes will be notified by email or website announcement. We shall not be liable if notification fails due to incomplete contact information or rejected emails. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Miscellaneous

  • Where these Terms conflict with the laws of the jurisdiction where the server is located, local laws shall prevail.
  • Where these Terms conflict with the laws of the People's Republic of China, the laws of the People's Republic of China shall prevail.
  • Where the laws of the server location conflict with Chinese law, the laws of the People's Republic of China shall prevail.
  • The final right of interpretation of these Terms belongs to TooServer.Net.
