  1. Overview

  2. These Terms of Service are established to provide users with better and more stable services on a sustainable basis, and to provide a basis for resolving disputes.

  3. By purchasing our products, you are deemed to have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.

  4. Users enjoy all rights stipulated in these Terms of Service and must fulfill the relevant obligations. Any disputes arising between users and us during the use of our products or services shall be resolved in accordance with these Terms of Service.

  5. We reserve the right to refuse service to malicious or problematic users.

  6. User Rights

  7. After completing payment, users have the right to normal, continuous, and stable use of the relevant products.

  8. After completing payment, users have the right to freely manage the relevant products within the scope permitted by these Terms.

  9. We guarantee that the services or products provided are consistent with the product description page in terms of features and technical specifications.

  10. User Obligations

  11. Users shall not engage in any activities that violate the laws of the People's Republic of China or the laws of the jurisdiction where the server is located while using our services or products.

  12. Users shall properly safeguard their account information. Any losses caused by account disclosure shall be borne by the user.

  13. Users shall regularly back up important data. We are not responsible for any data loss.

  14. Prohibited Uses

Users are prohibited from the following uses when using our products:

  1. Content prohibited by the laws of the country or region where the server is located or by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

  2. Publishing obscene, pornographic, adult content, bestiality, child pornography, suggestive content, violent or bloody content.

  3. Setting up or hosting gambling, lottery, or any related content.

  4. Setting up public proxy services, including but not limited to VPN, SSR, V2Ray, Trojan, and any other forms of circumvention tools.

  5. Providing copyright-infringing images, templates, music, videos, books, films, novels, or other content.

  6. Sending spam emails or hosting any form of fraud or phishing content.

  7. Providing content that induces or instructs others in criminal methods, including spreading suicidal sentiments.

  8. Engaging in any hacking activities, including but not limited to: illegal scanning, stealing others' accounts, damaging others' systems, CC attacks, DDoS attacks, spreading trojans, cracking software, spreading viruses, etc.

  9. Cryptocurrency mining, Torrent/BT downloading, or other high-resource consumption activities (unless explicitly permitted by the product).

  10. Service Period

The service period begins from the date the user completes payment and ends on the date the user's account becomes overdue, is not renewed, or is terminated.

  1. Service Termination

  2. If you violate these Terms of Service, we have the right to terminate the service immediately without refund.

  3. If the service expires without renewal and there is no response to contact attempts, the service will be deemed automatically terminated.

  4. We have the right to remove users who abuse resources, engage in high-risk behavior, or have poor credibility.

  5. If customer registration information is untrue, incomplete, or inconsistent with reality, we have the right to terminate the service.

  6. If we are unable to continue providing services due to changes in upstream supplier policies, we will notify you in advance and assist with migration or refund.

  7. Renewal Rules

  8. Due to certain data center policies, some services require renewal 1-7 days in advance. Please refer to the product description for details. We recommend renewing at least 3 days in advance.

  9. If you do not complete the renewal before 24:00 on the service expiration date, we have the right to suspend the service and delete data without further notice.

  10. Renewal reminders will be sent via email. Please ensure your email address is valid and pay attention to relevant notifications.

  11. Refund Policy

  12. No refunds will be provided for any products that have been used.

  13. Account balance or excess amounts resulting from downgrades may be refunded to the original payment method upon request.

  14. Full refunds will be issued to the original payment method if we are unable to provide the service due to our own reasons.

  15. For test product fees, if the agreed requirements are not met due to our reasons, a full refund will be issued; no refund will be provided for reasons not attributable to us.

  16. All additional service products (such as cPanel, DirectAdmin licenses, etc.) are non-refundable.

  17. No refunds will be provided if there are complaints, abuse, or violations of terms during the service period.

  18. Disclaimer

We shall not be liable for any of the following situations:

  1. Service interruption or data loss caused by user's overdue payment, non-renewal, or forgotten renewal.

  2. Service interruption or data loss caused by user's improper operation or other related actions.

  3. Service interruption or data loss caused by user's website content or usage behavior violating these Terms.

  4. Service interruption or data loss caused by major social events such as war, armed conflict, strikes, riots, or civil unrest.

  5. Service interruption or data loss caused by major natural disasters such as earthquakes, tsunamis, typhoons, floods, volcanic eruptions, or landslides.

  6. Service interruption caused by failures of upstream suppliers, data centers, or network operators.

  7. We have no obligation to provide any data backup services to users. Please ensure you back up your data yourself.

  8. Breach of Contract

If users violate the provisions of Article 4 of these Terms of Service, we will immediately delete all user data and terminate the service without providing any form of backup or compensation, and fees already paid will not be refunded.

  1. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service. Changes will be notified via email or website announcement. We shall not be liable if notification fails due to incomplete contact information or rejected emails. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

  1. Other Terms

  2. Where these Terms conflict with the laws of the jurisdiction where the server is located, local laws shall prevail.

  3. Where these Terms conflict with the laws of the People's Republic of China, the laws of the People's Republic of China shall prevail.

  4. Where the laws of the server location conflict with Chinese law, the laws of the People's Republic of China shall prevail.

  5. The final right of interpretation of these Terms belongs to TooServer.Net.
